Kaplan International Colleges’ Regional Office based in Hong Kong is a point of contact for your queries regarding admission to our colleges in the UK. We look forward to receiving enquiries from the South East and East Asia region (excluding China).

Our office provides many support functions:

Our aim is to provide quick answers and all the advice you need to maximise your chances of studying in the UK. Kaplan International Colleges staff frequently visit students, parents and agents within Asia and participates in education fairs and exhibitions. Information Gathering.

• Contact our office to discuss your future options. We will help you select the programme and university best suited to your aspirations
• We always ensure you are aware of the length of time and the finances involved in your proposed programme of study

The Decision.

• Meet us at seminars and exhibitions arranged throughout the year
• We have many students from Hong Kong and from Asia studying at the colleges, so we can arrange a telephone call with an enrolled student for a ‘real life’ view

The Application.

• We will help you complete your study application and check that nothing is missing that may delay your application
• Our application process if fast and efficient as decisions are made by our Hong Kong based admissions team.

The Offer letter.

• We will process your application within two business days of receiving the completed application documents
• If you are eligible for our courses an offer letter will be emailed to you

The Deposit.

• Once you have decided to accept the study offer, we will advise you on how to pay your first installment (the deposit)
• Payment can be made through a bank draft (submitted to our office) or a direct telegraphic transfer into the concerned college’s account

The Visa Letter.

• Once evidence of your deposit has been received, our London office will be alerted and your CAS number and confirmation documents will be issued and sent to you via email.
