Kaplan International College’s Nigeria office is a single point of contact for all your queries regarding your admission to our colleges in the UK. Our counsellors are fully trained, the information they will give you is accurate and the best part is that our services are completely free of charge.
Our aim is to provide quick answers and all the advice you need to maximise your chances of studying in the UK. Kaplan International Colleges staff frequently visit students, parents and agents. To see if we're visiting your city view the travel calendar.
At the Nigerian office we provide a personalised service that can be best described as a fusion of the typical old Nigerian hospitality and the international standards of customer care.
Information Gathering.
- Visit our office to discuss your future options. We will help you select the programme and university best suited to your aspirations
- We always ensure you are aware of the length of time and the finances involved in your proposed programme of study.
The Decision.
- Meet our colleagues from the London headquarters at seminars arranged throughout the year.
- We have many Nigerian students studying at our various colleges. You can chat with our college alumni during the summer months at our office or through arranged phone calls for a ‘real life’ view.
The Application.
- We will guide you on how to properly complete the study application forms to avoid delays in admission decisions.
The Offer letter.
- We will process your application within 2 working days of receiving the completed form and qualification documents.
- Once processed, an offer letter will be sent to you by email or you can pick it up at our office or your agent’s office.
The Deposit.
- Once you have decided to accept the study offer, you will need to pay your deposit which is at least 50% of the total tuition fee.
- Payment can be made by electronic bank transfer in Pounds Sterling to the appropriate college’s account or by bank draft (submitted to the UK KIC office).
The CAS Letter.
- On receipt of the evidence of your payment, we will request for your Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies letter (also known as CAS letter). This will be sent to you by email as soon as your payment has been confirmed.
Your Visa File.
- Free visa counselling and guidance is available to all students applying to our colleges
- We encourage parents to be fully involved in the college/university selection process. As a result, many parents visit our office especially during the visa application process
