Preparation courses on the University campus

As the International College is based on the grounds of the University, international students will be able to experience the complete university environment while studying their preparation course. During your time at the College you will be able to make use of high-quality facilities such as the University library, gym, computer suites and cafeteria. Being so involved in the atmosphere and facilities of the University will give you both the academic and social skills needed to succeed in UK higher education.

Supportive preparation for your university degree course

While studying your degree course at the College you will be offered support from our friendly Student Services team. Students are provided with a Learning Support Tutor for one-to-one intensive support to assist them as they work towards progression onto their university degree course. Students also benefit from our small class sizes – this makes it much easier to ask questions in class!

Settling in: learning outside the classroom

Our Student Services team is dedicated to arranging fun events, workshops and trips around the UK. The team is here to answer any welfare concerns you may have, and aims to assist international students to learn about British culture and make friends with others studying at the University. You may visit places of national heritage such as museums, art galleries or castles, and see examples of great architecture or historic houses. As well as being a lot of fun, these experiences will help you to collaborate with your fellow students and make the most of your international studies!
