Pre-Master’s in Computing
Our Pre-Master’s in Computing is one of the best computer science courses available to international students. The course curriculum contains a number of core modules that will teach you the academic skills you will need to start your postgraduate studies at Nottingham Trent University.
Core subject modules
Core subject modules cover the essentials of Computing – this will be the foundation of your field of study.
Computing subject modules cover advanced skills and knowledge that build on what has already been learnt in the core subject modules, as well as your previous studies and computing experience. All modules are taught with your progression to Nottingham Trent University in mind.
Academic and language support is also provided throughout the course.
First rate facilities
All Computing courses are taught at Nottingham Trent University’s Clifton Campus, which is a short bus ride from the main City campus.
£8 million has been spent on new computing facilities and equipment in the Computing and Informatics building.

Two and three-term core modules

*Three-term students will also take Language for Study 1 and additional hours for Language for Study 2 and 3.
