Our Enhanced University Preparation (EUP) courses are designed to improve your study skills and help you achieve highly across all areas of your university preparation course.

What does it involve?

This is a 3-term course where the first term follows a new format. After completing the first term you will join your chosen 2-term course. When you successfully complete this course to the required level you will progress onto Nottingham Trent University with the best possible preparation from the International College. The main purpose of the first term is to give you time to settle into the UK and familiarise yourself with the English education system. This term focuses on key skills such as goal setting, independent learning, preparation for research, time management and exam techniques.

There are no exams in the first term, and this gives you some flexibility on when you enrol at the College. This can be a big help if your visa is taking longer than you expected to arrive.

How do I qualify for this course?

If you are doing a Foundation Certificate you will need an IELTS English level of 5.5 with no less than 4.5 in any skill.

If you are doing a Graduate Diploma you will need an IELTS English level of 5.5 with no less than 5.5 in any skill.
